Services
On the day of arrival your rented accommodation is available from 03 pm and upon departure it must be vacated by 10 am. Prices are in euros per day per lodge for the minimum occupancy as according to the respective price list, including many benefits such as spa entry and the Salzburger Saalachtal Card. Each additional guest costs €20 per night. The local tax incl. mobility fee (€ 2.20 per person/ night) as well as the one-time cleaning fee are charged separately. Children up to 14 years do not pay local tax. Cleaning fees (one-time per stay): Almberg Alm €50 Steinbach Stube €85 Scheffsnother Stube €100 Pets (only by prior arrangement): € 8.00 per day The following benefits are included in the summer prices: Bed linen, towels, heating, water, electricity & wood for the stove Salzburger Saalachtal Card with free use of the swimming pool & cable cars in Lofer, the Lamprecht’s Cave, Seisenberg and Vorderkaser Gorges throughout your stay as well as free use of public transport in the district of Zell am See & the bus route 260 to Salzburg and the alpine AlmErlebnisBus. Entry to our unique spa area Wellness-Alm + gym (please see opening times for sauna & relax zone) from 15 years Free children’s entertainment in high season (2 x per week in July & August) Children’s play room and playground onsite Communal garden with sunbathing and barbecue area Bath robes and sauna towels provided free of charge Free WiFi

In the New Year period, we charge a flat rate per day per lodge including many benefits for all guests up to the maximum occupancy (flat rate irrespective of number of guests).
